Frank Rivera is a real estate professional. He has served as Senior Vice President at NAI Brannen Goddard, the largest independent commercial real estate firm in Atlanta. NAI BG has 29.1 million square feet listed and manages 10 million square feet of commercial properties.

Frank managed the special asset division that sold bank owned assets that included residential communities and commercial properties. The sales of these assets exceeded $94 million.

As the market shifted Frank brokered the Acquisitions of Residential Portfolios to Regional Investors and Institutional Investors. The acquisition of the portfolios generated in excess $50 million.

Frank now serves as Director of Sales for e3 RE Investments. The company focuses on brokering Investment Sales of Residential Portfolios (B2R) to midlevel and national investors. Frank also serves as broker to first time home buyers and small investors.

Frank has expertise in residential real estate sales, investment sales of residential portfolios, real estate construction and management.

Mr. Rivera has led the creation of a residential real estate investment company known as e3 RE Investments. The starter homes are sold to private investors as “Income Producing Rentals” and to first- time home buyers as “Affordable Housing”. Already gaining significant traction Mr. Rivera expects e3 RE Investments to be selling 300 quality homes annually by the end of 2019.

His previous experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Residential Investments handling the sales of bank owned assets which produced over $94 million annually. Within this assignment Mr. Rivera oversaw the disposition of over 4700 single family lots and homes.

Before owning his own company, he managed a national account division that sold office equipment for largest fortune 500 company; national sales exceeded in excess of $100 million annually. He was recognized for top producing team in the nation over 10 consecutive years.

Mr. Rivera has been an active real estate agent / broker since 2003 and graduated with BS in Business Management / Marketing from Rollins College.
